Technical specifications

Designed to separate cement and spacer fluids inside the drill string during cementing operations and to provide a clear “stop” pressure indication.

The plug features a ratchet mechanism that securely locks it in to the landing collar after displacement. Once landed, it seals against the internal diameter of the landing collar.

The plug efficiently scrapes cement slurry from the inner walls of the drill string. The plug can be drilled out with PDC bits.

It incorporates an anti-rotation feature that prevents a plug assembly from spinning during drilling out.

Technical specifications

It is a hollow landing plug designed to separate cement and spacer fluids inside the casing during cementing operations and to provide a clear “stop” pressure signal.

The Landing Plug Assembly incorporates a ratchet mechanism that securely locks the plug in to the landing collar after displacement.

Once landed, the plug seals against the internal diameter of the landing collar and is capable of withstanding pressure in both directions - upward and downward.

Effectively scrapes excess cement slurry from the inner casing wall. The plug can be drilled out with PDC bits.

It incorporates an anti-rotation feature that prevents a plug assembly from spinning during drilling out.
