We provide bulk heat-treatment for workpieces up to 10,000.00 mm long.
Equipment
EQUIPMENT
The workshop comprises up-to-date equipment of NAKAL-Industrial Furnaces brand. The shop functions 24 hours per day, which allows 500 tons metal monthly processing.
BULK HEAT TREATMENT SERVICES
Bulk heat treatment
Heating to the transformation range temperature and soaking at this temperature. Water or ПКМ® cooling.
Normalization
Heating to a transformation range temperature and soaking at this temperature. Air-cooling.
Annealing
Steel heating to the temperature 300C — 500C above the upper critical point and soaking at this temperature. Slow cooling.
Post-welding tempering
Heating to required temperature, soaking and cooling using furnace.
