The high-precision powerful CNC machining center Puma 5100 LYC has the following characteristics:

— Center distance — 2000 mm
— Spindle hole — 275 mm
— Lathe chuck — 2 pc
— Programmable self-centering steady-rest — 1 pc

Beside lathing, this equipment performs milling jobs owing to the powerful milling tool drive and controlled axes C and Y. The center is equipped with the drive units enabling eg. internal grooves milling. All these features ensures machining of almost any workpiece type.

CNC lathes ensure workpiece processing in full compliance with the drawing.

The machine ensures processing of inner surfaces of structural alloys workpieces as well as chromed surfaces.

The range of machining diameters: 85 — 177 mm (25 — 350 mm range is available under additional agreement).

The machining length: up to 1 100 mm (length up to 2000 mm is available under additional agreement).

The CNC milling machining center has a table of 1750×700 mm and is equipped with a rotary table with the possibility of programming, i.e. the fourth coordinate. The windows in the cabinet protection of the machine allow you to process parts exceeding the size of the table. The center has high precision and is equipped with high-quality tools.

The company has universal and CNC pipe threading machines with holes in the 310 mm spindle. This allows you to process parts of almost unlimited length. For example, a stator, a rotor of screw downhole motors, pipes, including non-magnetic materials. The presence of the CNC system allows you to perform the processing of parts in exact accordance with the requirements of the drawing.

The company has a semi-automatic band saw, electro-erosion machine, universal turning machines and other equipment.
