Our quality management system has ISO 9001: 2015 certification for oilfield equipment development, design, manufacture, supply, rent and repair.

In Q1, we opened a new service center in Nefteyugansk (Western Siberia), and now the geography of our service centers is the following:

- Ust-Kut (Eastern Siberia), Vostochnaya industrial zone, building №3/1, site №3.

- Nizhnevartovsk (Western Siberia) , Western industrial hub, panel №4, 9P street, 24, building 3

- Nefteyugansk (Western Siberia), 5P drive, buildings 8A, 8B.

In Q1, we launched a new workshop for rubber injection of motors and pumps power sections.

We successfully set up and develop the process of motors power sections repair, which ensures their multiply use.

Ocsillators OST-120T were used in wells 10627, 11161 and 75069 of the Samotlor field. When using the oscillator, resulting in the absence of tool hangs, the average ROP in the slide was about two times higher comparing to the one obtained during drilling without the oscillator.

New heavy-duty power section T176.7 / 8.54.100 designed by PZTO TITAN proved exellent performance at the Yuzhno-Priobskoye and Samotlor fields within the motors MVR-176 and MVR-176TU.

The MVR-176TU motor equipped with the reinforced bearing section showed excellent drilling results in the well of the Kharasavey field: 315.4 hours of circulation.

In August 2021 PZTO Titan motors have made more than 5.000.000,00 meters of penetration.

We are rightfully proud of our partners' achievements: in September 2021 Belorussian drillers refreshed average penetration rate record at well # 423 of Rechitskoye oilfield, where PZTO Titan's oscillator was used within the BHA bottom part.

On the Knowledge Day eve, the kids of PZTO Titan employees visited our facilities, got acquainted with our products and the entire manufacturing process, but the main thing was that they learnt a lot of interesting things about the their parents' jobs.
